Service was friendly. Hotel very clean. Needs renovating.

The front desk is always helpful and pleasant.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed, and an exterminator needs to be called.

For the rate they're charging, Id expect a better experience. The heating/cooling unit in the room didnt work. When maintenance came they said it was fine and to just give it 10 minutes to kick on. It never did and they just kept insisting that it worked fine. They didnt habe any extra blankets and we froze all night. The key card stopped working any time you left the room. We had to go to the front desk to reactivate it every time. The room smelled awful and there was hair all over the bathroom. Not a good experience.

No working phone, no working remote control for tv, no refrigerator which is supposed to be in the room with my reservation, noisy AC, filthy floor and toilet to start with... probably one of the worst hotel experiences ever...

The check-in guy was exceptionally nice and the bathroom was spotless. Mainly, this place is pretty run down and has the feel of being a place where people rent it by the hour. The carpets are old and the place smells like very very strong air freshener. So if you are picky, I don't recommend it. I ultimately wasn't able to relaz because

Desperately in need of an upgrade. I didn’t know there were still hotels that allow smoking, and I’d forgotten how bad that makes the whole place smell. On the plus side, the staff working there were friendly and helpful.

The room HVAC system was comfortably quiet. I also appreciated that there was a "hold bar" for getting out of the shower. This two floor hotel has no elevator. So we had to carry up our luggage and go up and down stairs. The toilet tissue is flimsy and broke apart in my fingers while being used. There is a good size mini- refrigerator The closet door handle is too hard to grip. It is too smooth. It is a poor knob design. Just a square smooth piece of metal.
