Ramada by Wyndham Staten Island

staff was wonderful, room and hotel were clean, beds were comfortable, close to restaurants

multiple parking lots and doors were confusing, hotel is on a busy one way highway, facilities are very old and worn (although being updated), no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room

Ash, Madeline, Justin, and the rest of the staff were friendly, inviting, kind-hearted and fantastic! The breakfast was wonderful!

I loved my room, yet it was right near the highway and I found it difficult falling asleep. If you are a light sleeper, speak to the staff... Otherwise, I loved the room, the comfort-level, how clean it was. Angela and the rest of the cleaning staff were great!

Worst smelling and dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d rather sleep in my car.
