"Great place to stay"

Good value for price. Decent room size enough room to place belongings. Clean room, dose not smell. Quick response from staff if something is needed, Quite area, only light traffic noise. Plenty of space for parking.

Great check in and very accommodating. I was looking for a clean room for one night and it was clean. Some furniture was worn but okay. They were painting & making repairs which is good. Not a bad stay.

This is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. We were here for a wedding and there were no other vacancies in other hotels in the area. The first room we were given didn’t have a refrigerator for my husbands medicine and was absolutely filthy. Unfortunately, the next room we were given was not as clean as it should have been and extremely small. I have seen closets bigger than the room! I was told the room had just been renovated, well that is hard to believe!!! Since other hotels didn’t have vaccines, we had no choice but to stay. I will be calling your corporate office to further inform them of other issues we encountered. I will also be calling my credit card officer to stop payment on the charge for the room.

Decent but the t.v service can be better. There were also a lot of knocking noises. It might have been from the vents or AC unit.

Very good locations for visiting Staten Island and not only. The hotel has comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast is also ok.

Convenient if you visit Manhattan through the Satten Island ferry (20 minutes drive). Plenty of parking space. Comfortable beds and pillows. A bit noisy due to the proximity of the main road, but bearable if you are tired enough of all day walking. Overall – nice little hotel, that served its purpose for our NY trip. Cheapest all-day parking near the ferry is the one of the Empire Outlets. $10 all day, but only if you book it online https://www.empireoutletsparking.com/?doing_wp_cron=1681592315.5157670974731445312500
