AC leaked and floor was soaked when we got back in room from being out. Desk was not very helpful and acted out. Finally got us new room after tirade.

Found prescription medication from prior occupant under nightstand. Poor design of shower resulted in bathroom flooding. Room was missing a chair which had been taken to another room by another guest before our arrival.

A great option for a comfortable night stay. There is an interesting undiscovered gem of a flea market in Jewett. There is a cool drive thru safari in Franklin. The owner of this Days Inn in Marquez goes out of their way to make it comfortable. A great hotel for the value.

The gentleman that checked me in was extremely courteous and accommodating. I accidently left a bag behind, and they called me immediately and offered to ship it to me. It was a very wonderful stay and I have recommended this property to others already.

The room initially assigned was filthy, the bed sheets were dirty and had visible bodily fluid stains. The room had not been cleaned properly. This is really unacceptable especially since we were a late night check in.

The owner was very nice and we were desperate for a place to stay in the middle of TX. After checking in my wife wanted to sleep in the car. There was an odor coming from what I believe was someone cooking. It was horrible. Not the worse place in the world to stay but, I shall not be returning.
