A pipe burst when we first checked in and water was all over the lobby. The sheets weren't clean. The TV didn't work our first day/night there. The water went out our last day.

"Stay away "

The room was not very clean, had to awitch rooms because of the mildew smell! Guy at the desk wasnt very helpful! The rooms are outdated? Mattresses are not comfortable

"Good place to stay"

The hotel was very clean the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The only complaint we had was the continental breakfast which we know is generally not very good. This one was okay and it would be so much better if they served some type of sausage or bacon along with a better quality egg product.

"Baseball Tournament in Franklin"

Room was decent, AC took a while to cool, but eventually did (it was hot out). Pool was nice and clean, not much in the area as far as services or places to eat. It was close and convenient for what we needed.

The weather was terrible. There was a tornado and we were without power for quite a while but the staff kept us informed and was very nice.
