Elevators have been malfunctioning since our last visit in August. The night clerk kept us waiting outside for over five minutes before we were allowed into the building for check-in (11:05-11:20pm). And PLEASE move the smoking area AWAY from the side doors! This is the best pet-friendly hotel we’ve found in the area. However, they need to do some maintenance.

"Bottom floors"

While this property is nice the rooms above a certain floor are inundated with road noise at all hours of the day. I had to have my room changed and while the new room was slightly quieter it was still very noisy.
