Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Arnold

Excellent breakfast!!!! Linda & Dee kept the food stocked, cleaned up plates, cleaned tables, conversed with guests! It looks like they really enjoy their job ~ work well together! They treated the hotel guests like family!

Super hotel chain. Highly recommend! The Drury hotels offer a friendly atmosphere, comfortable rooms, very nice buffets and beverages.

I need to attend a weeding in St. Louis and this was the hotel that was recommended by the wedding party. We stayed for 6 days five nights and while there the elevators were not working properly, many time causing us to use the stairs to the third floor. The cleaning service for our room I would give a 2, it was not vacuumed or the bathroom was not cleaned daily. Also they had a very large group of students staying for two nights during our stay causing us to have to eat our breakfast using the side tables in the lobby. When I asked if they had another room to eat in because the students took up the entire dining room they said they could not help that is why we ate in the lobby.

We stayed at the Drury Inn Arnold, MO for a wedding. I had never stayed at a Drury Inn before and was quite shocked at the upscale quality of this particular hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The grounds are well-kept, and I felt safe parking there. The breakfast and dinner were surprisingly good. They were included with the stay and served buffet style. After 5:30, guests over 21 could receive 3 free bar beverages. Coke products and water were available all day. You just had to serve yourself. Linda and Angie at the "restaurant" were extremely friendly and helpful. They even made sure that breakfast was ready early so that we could eat before we left for our 9 hour drive back home. Nikki, at the front desk, was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Tim, the General Manager, was always smiling and make me feel welcomed, even though he was working hard to make sure the tables were clean and helping at the bar and at the buffet. Since staying there, I have looked for a Drury Inn in other towns that I plan to visit. I am glad I stayed in this hotel.
