Great location. Loved the swimming pool Breakfast the next morning was really good - we paid for an upgraded breakfast which was worth it

The property looks great in pictures. Once you arrived, we were able to check into one room. We were booked for two rooms. One room a king bed and the other a 2 bedroom apartment. The king room was nice, great ac. No windows just two French doors which makes it hard to walk in if you not standing to the left to open the door outward toward the balcony. Once we got into the 2 bedroom apartment as soon as we walked in the room was hot. The staff told us the room was just clean and they left the doors open so they asked us to give it a few minutes to cool the room down. We waited all night and the rooms never got cold. I had to ask for fans which didn’t do much but pass hot air around. I tried opening the windows because it was colder outside at night but they wouldn’t open completely / were screwed shut or were open slightly already. Seems like any of the ac cold air was going out was going out the windows or barely coming out of the vents at all. The restaurant was right next to us and right before dinner time we saw chicken quarters that were just cooked brought out of the oven and left outside on the balcony next to our room. We saw flys all over the chicken they were about to serve for dinner, we did not dine there.

Food was bad , wasn’t clean, hot rooms.

La sra del front desk americana tiene un trato pésimo o es racista con los hispanos me dio una habitación cuando entre estaba ocupada pasé una pena horrible con esa familia regresamos me dio otra no era la que yo había pagado era mejor me dijo por el inconveniente no nos sacarían a las 3 horas me llamo que ya no podía quedarme me mando a otra que tenia cucarachas le hicimos foto le dijimos vino echo un veneno las movió con una escoba y dijo listo nos quejamos con la gerente y la sra se enfureció me grito llamala dile me despida por equivocarme y bueno no me iba a poner a su nivel no se si el dueño este enterado lo que pasa creo el lugar no es malo solo hay que pasarle la mano necesita mantenimiento y educación del personal desayuno horrible definitivo no regreso

Peut être la clim un peu bruyante mais c'est tout

Mooie locatie, netjes en schoon. Ontbijt vrij eenvoudig. Zwembad prima. Wij zouden gerust nog eens terug gaan.
