Wunderschönes Key-West-Feeling mit Herz! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist im typischen Key West Style gehalten – sehr charmant! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich mit einem Glas Prosecco empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders toll ist die gute Lage mit dem eigenen Privatstrand. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der Entspannung sucht!

The pool and beach were amazing. Heaven in the office, was the most wonderful hotel manager I have ever met. And I drove back and forth in the country for 16 years, staying at many motels/hotels. On a scale of 1-10, I give her a 100.

Resort was a little run down, but still very comfortable.

The free breakfast was wonderful, I wish they had a little more choices but it was perfect either way! They had kayaks, paddle boards and bikes to use for 2 hours for free everyday, however the bikes werent in the best shape. The pool was perfect and such a pretty outlook on the ocean. The location was great too. Only 12 minutes from the stores, gas, shopping etc. Our last night we had dinner and it was fantastic.

The ads were misleading, there was no beach really and couldn't really swim. We booked 2 rooms together and ended up on the opposite sides of the resort, when I asked to switch she said shes unsure why that happeend but she could move me for $100 more a night- which would have been $400 on top of the $2100 I already paid for their error. My room was 20- it was in the back and dark and unable to see at night, it smelled like sewer the entire stay making it hard to want to stay in there, it was very dirty looking and torn up, the sliding door in the bathroom slid and swung which felt unsafe, the toilet was cracked, it wasn't ideal at all. Also I was asked for a card and told it wouldn't be charged it was only for accidents, however it was charged immediately. They could have said a deposit but didnt. The second room was better however everyone sleeping there got ate up EVERYWHERE with bites of some sort and I mean hundreds of bites by the time we left our 4 night stay. There was no housekeeping that came by, we had to go to the office to exchange towels, we got one set of towels and wash cloths that were folded nicely and upon opening it there were was poop in them. There was also people smoking everywhere so it was a gross experience. Also there was hair on our napkin that covered our bread at dinner . Also checking out, there were charges on our account that didn't belong to us. Said they were charged to our room by a man, we had no man in our party- you'd think there would be some way to avoid that.

Heaven was very nice and helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. The room was cute. Shower was great

The beach area was okay for sitting and watching the water but that’s about it. The restaurant was okay. Our bed was too small. The sitting area from our room was a bit odd
