Asked for a refund as soon as we checked in. Rooms were filthy, stained, trash everywhere and beds not made. The poor woman at the front

The staff were nice and helpful. The location was fine. Noise really wasn’t an issue, and I didn’t feel unsafe. However the condition of the property was very disappointing and a big difference since we were there about 7 years ago. The rooms were just not kept up with. I mean thankfully the shower and toilet were clean. The beds were clean and comfortable.i did remove a pillow off of one of the beds though due to stains all over it. The carpets looked super worn and dirty. The walls were messed up. They were either scuffed up, dirty, white areas that were obviously fixed up but not painted over, and obvious paint touch ups (unless those were also dirty areas. The coffee machine wasn’t cleaned. Kind of smelled like a basement and there was a container of damp raid which is to help prevent mold. All these things just made me very skeptical and eager to go back home. Too much chlorine in the hot tub and everything. Bouncy house was no longer there but had a feeling that would be the case and frankly the least of our worries. Furniture like the chairs were extremely used as they were scratched up/fading. The pictures online are just no longer accurate. Due to the great experience we had before when my oldest was little and somehow the great reviews I thought it was a no brainer to go back but not after that—sorry!

We had a good stay. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly overall. Happy with our stay.

The room was good size and bathroom shower was big. The only recommendation would be new carpet is needed.

Nice and clean. Very convenient to where we were going. Did not like the road noise. Window blind broke. Bed was comfortable. Glad ice was available.

First, let me say the pool looked well maintained, clean and refreshing. That said, it was the only thing fairly accurately depicted by the photos in here. The building is run down. The outdoor carpeting lining the stairs and upper walkway was dirty and had leaves and dirt stick to it, the paint was in poor shape, etc. It just didn't have great curb appeal despite the pictures looking like it would. When we opened the door, we were met with a strong chemical odor that made me worry. They may have just been cleaning agents. I inspect the mattresses and they looked clean and I saw no signs of what my initial concerns were. That said, the carpet wasnt very clean, and it had a feeling of being moist for some reason. The worst part was the mattress itself. It was rock hard. So hard I purchased a 1.5 inch memory foam topper from Walmart for our second night. Despite that purchase, my wife was so exhausted from not sleeping that we decided to head home a day earlier. the bad was that bad. It's not an exaggeration to say it was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, including cheap futons. There also wasn't an iron. What hotel/motel doesn't supply an iron? The room was also very dark and dingy. Just not a comfortable feel. The bathroom was ok and actually enjoyed the shower. I wouldn't have scored this so poorly if it had been accurately depicted, or at least reasonably so. It's a cheap motel that wasn't that cheap, and even for a cheap motel, it wasn't very good.
