The Green Park Kartepe

Place was really good but not property & staff. Rooms were old, food wasn't that good.

We stayed in an apartment, as part of the hotel. The weather made everything worthwhile. The dinner and breakfast was great

The staff members are rude . The hotel is old and I wouldn’t rate it as a 5 stars hotel , however the view was amazing and skiing experience was very good.

The place was amazing and services very good even so they were so busy, I love this place and will go back again for sure.

No hygine in the hotel at all. The staff is really rude and indifferent. Do not go there. Please do not include this hotel in your list. It was the worst experience ever. My son got sick there. It was what he ate in the hotel. He stayed in hospital 6 nights.

NICE HOTEL

Hotel was empty even though FO give us a room in a noisy floor full of kids.

The hotel, situated at the top of the mountain is in an excellent location. It is however let down by rather clueless staff. The rooms are good sized, but the old window frames let in a lot of wind noise which makes sleeping an impossibility - the noise in both our rooms were about the same if we would be staying in tents on a mountaintop in the middle of a storm. The gym was filled with non-operational equipment, which the staff doesn't seem to care about. The cable car right outside the hotel is operated by a non-professional crew who don't know/care anything about passenger safety etc. It was very possible to fall from the cars unless you're very careful; later I heard a large number of people did have accidents. They seemed to be intent on playing some really terrible local songs at a very loud volume from the loudspeakers arranged along the cable car route, which really destroyed the experience for us. Right outside our window, a large bulldozer worked for the most part of a Saturday, and the noise was deafening - hotel administration is indifferent to the noise, and in fact some loud music was playing right outside as we entered. Food was OK but weekends the hotel seems to be overcrowded by locals who come in to stay for a day or two. We went just this once to see the scenery. The location is nice but overall I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anybody looking for a peaceful vacation.

The rooms were spacious, clean. Hotel staff is friendly. But the beds are very firm, if you are not accustomed to firm beds, you wake up restless. At the end of our stay, I took away the sheets to see what brand/type the mattress was. I am not sure whether or not I can write the brand name here, but I can say it is full orthopedic, definitely not the type for me. Side sleepers, in general, require a softer mattress, I am a side sleeper and get a good night's sleep only with memory foam/ latex mattresses. I am thinking of bringing a mattress topper with me for the next time!
