Kindly note that property can accommodate 1 child (up to 12 years old in parents room) free of charge on the condition that they are accompanied by 2 adults. 1 adult and 1 child will pay for double occupancy and any extra child will be considered part of room capacity and will be charged as such. Please note, the use of the heated swimming pool and sauna have an extra charge. Please contact the property for more information. Guests must be 14 years or older to access the spa area. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. Please note that the property charges an optional 10% service charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
