El Hotel Bien sus Instalaciones modestas pero agradables, Fue el Trato del Personal De Recepción, Muy Groseros!!!!!! Optamos por salir a consumir alimentos fuera del hotel Aclaro Solo El Personal De Recepción!!!!!!!

We were told there was a restaurant there and it has none. We were tired from driving and didn’t want to have to go in search of a restaurant (the main reason we chose this place) so false advertising. The place is run down and many vacant rooms. But the main reason we decided to not stay there was upon entering the room, directly outside was a large cockroach and more dead ones on the floor. The room smelled bad. We asked for a refund immediately and we were told they would. But hotels.com subsequently said that they would not refund our money.

It was a very simple room with no tv. The room smelled of mould and had some obvious signs of wear from the salt water.

They didn't have my reservation, they gave me a different room than what I reserved.

Clean, quiet, efficient, staff good location. Firm bed good air conditioner big shower with lots of hot water. Nice pool ocean front good restaurant.

Don’t waste your time. This place is a dump. Property is completely worn down. Electrical didn’t work in the room. Toilet was broken. Mosquitoes another flying insects everywhere. We checked out after two hours of checking in and move to a different property.

The place had no one there to check us in at time set. Tried calling number on door walked around found no one. We left and found another place to stay.

We loved the quaint old Mexico feeling. Very basic and comfortable. Great beaching and scenery.

Just know that it is “CASH ONLY” I would stay here again, the room was good the beds were comfortable and clean. The managers son is an EMT and came right to the room for our COVID test to return home. The restaurant is under construction for a fire as of 11/13/2021 but should be done very soon. Peace and quiet and relaxing is in abundance. Brenda at the bar makes a mean pina colada!
