Hotel Suba International Sahar Road Mumbai

Checkin and checkout was seamless and quick. All staff including concierge staff were polite and courteous. Did not use the restaurant. Housekeeping was also quick to serve whatever we asked for. No complaints. Rooms clean and the bathroom and towels were clean and good.

Je eerste visitekaartje is het personeel van de frontdesk hoe zij klanten te woord staan. Allemaal bij de frontdesk waren onvriendelijk. Personeel van het restaurant waren vriendelijk.

Personeel van de frontdesk, niet vriendelijk. De kamer voldeed niet aan mijn verwachtingen. Ik heb geboekt een suite, 1 woonkamer en 1 slaapkamer. Deze heb ik niet gekregen. Volgens de receptie bestaat deze kamer niet terwijl Booking dit wel verkoopt!! Handdouche kapot, tijdens het douchen stroomt het water overal naar toe. Deze hotel is duidelijk overpriced 160 euro p/d

Beautiful clean Hotel, warm friendly staff, good room size, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast, Hotel Management is doing an excellent job in running this well run Hotel especially the staff that are well trained in going the extra mile for their customers Sonal,Devendren helped with early check in. Pravin, Salim, Santosh, Lancy, Mondel, helpful warm and friendly that make your experience exceptional. 10/10 stars

Noise at night, loud drumming sounds but this is not the Hotels fault

המלון במרחק 10 דקות משדה התעופה, הצוות היה מעולה תמך ועזר, יש שוק ורחוב ממש קרוב למלון שאפשר לטייל, החדרים מאוד נקיים ומזמינים, המקלחת עם מים חמים וזרם טוב. ממליצה בחום למי שצריך להיות קרוב לשדה התעופה.
