It was very nice and pleasant hotel to stay for work . Also near Airport and experience is amazing.

Airport shuttles should be provided by hotel at lower prices and it will be great help.

Very comfortable rooms, staff were very polite and considerate about our late check in and the highlight of the stay was the food. The food at the hotel was fantastic. Our overall experience was great.

"Pessimo, tranne il ristorante"

Do voto 3 solamente perché il ristorante Cinnamon è ottimo e il personale che ci lavora cortesissimo. Per il resto l'hotel è veramente pessimo: le camere non vengono mai arieggiate e in bagno non c'è nessuna ventola, di conseguenza c'è una gran puzza di umido e muffa. Rumorosissimo, le porte quando si chiudono sono insopportabili e la notte non si dorme. Abbiamo incontrato anche parecchia difficoltà per il check in. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che pessimo. ATTENZIONE AI SERVIZI DEL CONCIERGE: chiede come prezzo più del quadruplo del valore di ogni servizio. Per esempio se chiedi una scheda telefonica telefonica nel negozio davanti all'hotel costa 4-5 euro, lui ne chiede 20. Se chiedi un tour in centro a uno degli autisti fuori dall'hotel ti chiede 15-20 euro, lui 100 (purtroppo abbiano potuto appurare questo solo alla fine). ATTENZIONE quindi. A noi sarebbe piaciuto saperlo prima.
