The location.

It was extremely noisy, thin walls very loud elevator. The entire place smelled like the inside of a bottle of bleach. It is a "Spa" with inadequate ventilation. There is no service after 10 pm except if you leave messages for the night staff and hope they respond.

Booked online however there was an issue with the date, the system had our stay the following evening. Contacted Booking.com and they indicated the hotel would need to change the date, they did not allow for that. Paid for a stay we couldn’t even use, we were stuck in a weather storm and the hotel could not accommodate the 1 day change in the reservation. The hotel was not busy and didn’t even try to help resolve . Front desk was rude and unhelpful

I checked in 6:30pm but no one in checkin counter and 4 people waiting for check in. Hope to have extra staff available in heavy check in time.

"Very comfortable hotel in a great location."

Our room was clean and comfortable. All staff members we encountered were courteous, friendly and efficient. Wait staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner were especially good.
