"Nice stuff but needs to be more clean or update mattress"

Stuff was really nice friendly and including restaurant’s server was really cute and she tried best .

Toilet wasn’t cleaned, bed had old some smell and restaurant food was not good. We were not able to eat our food so left .

We had a wonderful stay at Red Sands during our visit to Capital Reef. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was a plus, as well as the outdoor patio spaces. There were several seating areas including a patio off the second floor with a nice view of the landscape and horses! Alejandro at the front desk was extremely accommodating when I had questions about the room. The restaurant was a big plus - we had dinner and breakfast there during our stay and they were great. A special shout out to our server Gede - one of the nicest people we met on our 2 week trip through the national parks! Highly recommend - would stay here again in a heartbeat.
