Friendly staff clean room

Very strong smell of cleaning chemicals had to leave door open for a while to air out

We'll worth the money, convenient to Bristol Motor Speedway

Bed made loud thumping noises every time you rolled over. Sounded like pounding on the floor and the guests below us complained that we were stomping when in fact it was the broken bed frame. Beds were lumpy and hard and flt pillows. No hot water when showering.

Close to Airport. Decent accomodations

The room floors were so dirty it left our feet solid black. The front desk worker was rude and wanted to refuse to check me in until I told him I had already paid and reserved the room.

Appreciated the friendly staff.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were stains on the sheets, the floors were sticky, the walls were visibly nasty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up asking for a refund, and so far that still has not went through on my card.
