Ubicación en primera linea de playa

La piscina no se encuentra en el hotel, hay que caminar unos 200m hasta un complejo público donde con el pase del hotel puedes acceder. Se hace incomodo llegar. La falta de profesionalidad del personal de animación. No cumplen en calendario de actividades publicado en el tablón de anuncios. Tuvimos una mala experiencia con el equipo, llegamos a las 19:00 a la actividad porque el niño quería participar y encontramos a los 5 monitores jugando al pinpong, al preguntarles si hacían la actividad nos respondieron que no, que como habían pocos niños ya la habían hecho hace mucho rato y no la iban a hacer. Allí siguieron jugando al pinpong sin atender a los niños. Fatal.

La ubicación

No tiene piscina dentro del recinto del hotel, la que puedes usar esta fuera del hotel, lejos. Cuando fuimos ni si quiera estaba abierta a diferencia de las de los hoteles de la zona. Eso fue decepcionante ya que viajabamos con un niño pequeño y en ningún momento se nos informó. Hubiéramos elegido otro hotel.
