Property was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Situated right in the heart of Fremantle. Little touches like the continental breakfast and afternoon nibbles and drinks. First time staying here but would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the New Haus, where the rooms are a good size and we had a great view of the National Pub’s rooftop garden. The bed was fantastic, the faculties have been updated recently. There is no aircon in the bedroom, but the one in the living area was strong enough to cool the whole area. The welcoming drink is a nice touch and the Hougoumont vibe is good, as is the amazing location. Also, the parking, while $30 a day, was convenient and easier to use than a lot of hotel parking.

The property was lovely and clean, the room was a great size and suited two adults easily. The staff were all lovely and friendly. Both checkin and checkout were hassle free. Definitely would stay again.

Staff were excellent. Brekkie was just enough. Location the best. The rooms..... Very tired. Shower door did not seal and water all over the floor. AC was not strong enough and needed a floor fan to move the air around the rooms.

Staff amazing clean and very comfortable beds. The drinks and nibbles platter great gesture to.

The property was fantastic with great facilities and unbelievably helpful staff. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.
