Clean, neat rooms. Helpful staff. Nice touches eg free breakfasts and free bike use. Free water. Rooms very small. Overall comfortable stay spot is very convenient rooms a little loud due to location.

I could not fault the service and friendliness of the staff; it was quite refreshing to feel welcome every time you saw a staff member. The breakfast was amazing and a great way to start the day, wine and cheese every night from 5pm was an added bonus. I would highly recommend New Haus for a stay in Fremantle...

We loved this place! Its clean, fresh, the staff are friendly. Amazing location - literally minutes walk to in and around the whole of central Freo. We felt very accommodated, right down to the little hand written 'welcome' mesaage on the bathroom mirror. Continental breakfas5 included, along with a beer or wine and cheese paltter nibbles in the brewery across the street. Amazing! We WILL be back!

"Gem in the heart of Freo"

Brilliant. We were given a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite which was fantastic. Hotel is in the heart of Freo . Staff were so friendly , engaging and helpful. Loved the complimentary drinks and nibbles at the bar next door. We feel we have found a gem in the heart of Freo and will definitely be back .
