The Windmills

provides very pleasant stay on Ios. Our double room was a good size, excellent in room air conditioning, decent size bathroom and comfortable bed. The hotel was well kept and very clean. We were very comfortable there and felt sfe and welcomed. Pavlos and his sister were very friendly and welcoming and always willing to help. The accommodation was in an excellent location to the town and beach and to the bus stop to take you many places. We will return to stay there again. Be prepared to pay by cash as credit cards are not accepted for payment. We also found this to be the case in may restaurants.

We found it a little hard to find at first. BUT it is in great condition, The owner and his sister really looks after the place and their guests. The location is just 2 minutes walk from the main night club area and about 4-5 minutes from the main shopping area square, bus stop etc. whilst its close to the clubs its located so that it has no noise from them and a great view. You wont be dissapointed by staying here.
