Bed was comfortable and it had a great shower. Location was okay.

The bathroom could do with some maintenance, Door handle and window latch were loose and the bathroom heater looked as if it wasn't in good order and should be replaced.

It was convenient to why we were in Christchurch. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

It was noisy - no double glazing. Needs net curtains on main windows for privacy. Bathroom heater only blew cold air and had so much dust on it - needs replacing? Coffee plunger supplied but no plunger coffee! Microwave was broken.

Curtains were falling down, the inside of the room was run down, and could hear traffic all night.
