Car parking is an issue...especially if you have a large car. It is hard to manage in cramped space between pillars

"Ideal location, just out of the CBD"

The location is perfect! Surrounded by so many eating places & Hagley Park less than 100m away. We were also able to bring our dogs which is challenging at times. The water pressure is amazing in the open shower.

Thin walls - could hear some interesting noises both above and next door, some of the fixtures could do with some TLC

The location is good.the price was good 👍

The place needs a good paint job.The bathroom was the only nice thing about the place. We found it too noisy with traffic and people in room nextdoor in and out talking very loud.

"Was clean tidy and dispite the traffic the room was very quiet :) we had fun an omg the shower pressure was soooo good"

The 5pm traffic was standard in riccarton :) but rest of the time was great

"Convenient but needs a clean"

Handy location across from Hagley Park. Dogs were allowed. Not far from Riccarton Mall.

Cobwebs in the ceiling corners, dirty curtains not hung properly, icebox in fridge completely iced up so couldn't get anything ing in there. No curtain at the front door, only a broken blind. Dirty marks on the wall above the bed.
