"Don't stay here it is terrible."

Leaving as it was awful

Everything, there was mold everywhere, rotten window sill, wires hanging out of bathroom light fittings. Stain on the towels, rust on microwave. And a broken windows.

Very little

Was in a poor state of repair- wasn’t clean in several places - shower worked well but the bathroom floor flooded every time ur was used as there was nothing to stop the water spreading Place was cold and draughty

Location

Run down and dirty. Hair on the bed sheets. No sleep because people fighting to the early hours of the morning. Someone threw their outdoor furniture off the upstairs balcony and it smashed in front of my ground floor unit during the night . I seriously considered packing up and leaving in the middle of the night. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me to.

Convenient location next to Botanic Gardens, with a supermarket a few buildings away so we could buy snacks. Easy to park in front of unit. Staff lovely. Kitchenette was good for snacks and cuppas.
