The property was good. The location is okay.

It was not that clean. The check out time is 10am but the cleaners were standing at our door at 9.40am and they are staring us that when we gonna leave the room so that they can clean it. They even ask us at 9.45 that how long, we said 5 mints then they said something in there language which sounds little rude with their expression.

Good location and off street parking with extended reception hours for convenience.

Dated and not the cleanest, a lot of road and traffic noise from a busy street. Could do with double glazing at least to improve noise level.

I was in a dog friendly room, that was a little dated, but very clean. So nice being a 5 min walk from Hagley Park. Owner was very helpful and friendly, made the dogs feel welcome. All facilities were good, cooker/ fridge etc, Bed and pillows were good.

Not the cleanest place, we found someone else's false eyelashes stuck on the shelf by the microwave!!. Everything felt like it needed cleaning and/or redoing. Had great tiling in bathroom but water didn't go down plug and had obviously sucked into the bathroom unit, leaving a very musty smell in the bathroom and the corner of the shower and shower curtains were moldy. Main curtains and windows blinds also moldy and falling apart. Just needed overall redo as it is in a great spot, just 5 mins by bus to city centre.

Value for money great location especially with the grandsons to take them out for a meal and activities
