M Hotel - Different Hotels

Everything is perfect except of the bed, they put two single together to make it double but really uncomfortable.

During my stay at the hotel, I discovered mold in my bathroom. When I went downstairs to check out, another guest was complaining about issues with her room. The staff responded to her concerns in a very dismissive manner, which made me hesitant to insist on my own complaint. I reported the mold issue nonetheless, and they simply wrote it down without much acknowledgment.

Séjour agréable, l'hôtel est très bien situé à côté d'un centre commercial, proche du centre-ville et d'un joli parc avec des canards, oies... Hôtel agréable.

The hotel staff advised we could park for free by their lake but neglected to tell us that there was a marathon the next morning on their property /our cars got told away and had to pay £200 to get them back!! After 2 hours going to police station/recovery and On complaining to Reception they admitted should have put sign up there to warn all guests, they had told some people but not us and we don’t speak to the language/ understand the signs so disgusting and management are ignoring my complaint emails with receipts showing fines!

De familiekamer had een aparte keuken en woonkamer.

De lift, tapijten, gangpaden ... geven een nogal vervallen, niet onderhouden indruk. Ik vond het wel positief dat er een muggengaas voor het raam op de kamer hing.

Internett was very bad. Not possible to work or see tv. Pay parking as guest is bad. Expensive compare to what you get. i stayed here first time 15 years ago. Not anymore

et nyt og komfortabelt hotel beliggende i de mest vidunderlige omgivelser - der var mulighed for gode gåture og lige på den anden side af gaden et kæmpe shopping center.

Beautifull room, but very cold, freezing

Filthy stay over. The hotel was probably renovated ten years ago, and never cleaned since. Everything was dusty and dirty. No hot water in the shower morning. What is going on??? The breakfast was terrible with what seemed like leftovers from three days ago. Cold bacon and eggs. An absolute NO GO. The staff was without interest in running the hotel in a professional manner. In total a great disappointment.
