M Hotel - Different Hotels

Our stay was horrific. There was no mattress for the beds in our room. We had a two night stay but checked out after night one with no resolution not even a reply from the hotel. The whole place could do with a good clean. Be warned the parking is very expensive too. Won’t be staying again. I hope the hotel do the right thing and send me a refund at the very least for the night we did not stay

Very warm comfortable hotel with lovely views from the breakfast room and super helpful staff! Top class food in the evening restaurant. Would return again and highly recommend it . 20 minutes drive from Sentower Park and situated on a lakeside with lots of nature

Trash bin needed in the room not only the small one in the bathroom Coffee maker wasn’t clean and still had capsules of someone else inside Parking to be paid to the town of genk

Great view and clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but overall a great stay! Everyone working there were very friendly and helpful. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and the lake view. Walking around the lake was a nice option as well. It was a great way to decompress

Parking is a bit of a problem. Guests for the park do also park here and therefore parking can be a problem. Our room is good enough, but window can’t close fully and shower leaves water into the living floor.

We had early acces to our room, which was good. But there was dust all alongside the walls. The bed was not steady enough, very soft matras. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try have us come back again…
