Pool was very deep and very cold and had a lot of rubbish floating in it mid afternoon

Waiting to get the deposit back. Promised it would be returned the next day but got ignored for 3+ days before acknowledging the return. Poor communication.

Instructions to collect keys are terrible. It should just say collect from dynastic Hotel. There is a reception at the building but was closed. Very poor correspondence via email in fact I didn't get a reply at all. Wanted to book parking but couldn't due to this. Collection isn't a problem when you know this fact.
