The cleanliness of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The floors in the property were definitely not clean when we entered. Same with the bathroom/shower. Needs a lot more effort on the cleanliness front.
GBThe apartment was nice, clean but the first night we had a drainage problem in the shower, the water came right out the bathroom door. I used towels and mop to dry it up. I went to the reception the next morning and it was fixed within an hour but I never got more towels.
The pool and pool area is dirty, stuff like hair and nails floating about in the pool, the outside of the pool was dirty.

Pool area, kitchen, lack of cleaning, lack of towels, no drawers at all. No instructions on how to work the oven. Lack of basics such as shower caddy and no soap holder. Poor sun beds and no parasols only ones others had bought and left behind. Main door glass had been shattered and not replaced. We stayed here for 20 days and Bering was changed twice!!!
GBGBrooms were very clean and modern, beds were very comfortable. site was was good for access to the main town. also the rooms were very quiet at night
unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing on our last night and we were unable to remain in the room. That being said the staff were very good with us and moved us to another hotel and also upgraded us to half board.
