GBLocation was fabulous, security into building very good, beds were very comfy, view was lovely
Waiting to check in, we arrived at 20.50pm, they didn't get to us until 21.40pm to let us into the building, then we had to go through the process of paying before they would give us keys, finally got into our apartment, the next morning at 09.30am knock on the door from the receptionist shouting we had not paid in full there was 22 euro outstanding for a Seaview room, I mean they could have just popped a note under the door to ask us to go to reception instead of waking us, then we went to take a shower we had 1 towel each, we read our towels would not be getting changed in the 4 days we were there, that's so bad, 4 woman need more than 1 towel each for 4 days, I asked to get more towels and they said there would be a charge, only Jet2 customers get their towels changed for free I was not happy with this comment eventually they gave us another 4 towels for free. Apartments are basic, no draws in bedrooms only 2 coat hangers, 1 in each room, things like this should have been done before we arrived so we couldn't hang any clothes up until they brought us more hangers. Nowhere to hang wet things or damp towels, it could do with a clothes hanger on balcony, no ironing board and nowhere to iron so we had to iron on the floor, so all in all some bad experiences

Prices for what you get isn’t worth it! We’ve stayed in ambassador for less.

GBGBCentral location. Stylish modern refurbished apartment with plenty of space. Small swimming pool but very clean and always had sun beds available. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Very minor problem but the handrail upon entrance didn’t go far enough up the wall on the steps, and had a plant at the top which was difficult to get around for my disabled friend and the ramp was too steep with no handrail.
