Dynastic Rooms Apartments

Nothing !!! It wasn’t the same as the pictures portrayed on Booking.com. Totally different to what I booked it’s a disgrace . Booking.com needs to look into this as they are promoting a false advertisement on there site it’s a sham . I have been ripped off totally!!! The bar downstairs was perfect . Costas 2 I fully recommend.

Nothing as above , I want my money back all of it ! The staff minus one was awful , couldn’t get into our apartment had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to arrive to let us in . Then our key wouldn’t work to get in . Then had to get a man out to come and open the door , only to find this is not what I booked at all !!! I was scammed !!! I paid extra to come over the Halley Apartments because of the pictures shown on Booking.com. They need to share responsibility to as they are advertising it . Save your money go to the Halley Apartments much better than here . The bar downstairs is perfect and nothing to do with these charlatans and food was lovely staff lovely . There called Costas 2 and fully recommend. I was there a week no sheets changed and had to argue for extra towels . Bed was broke on the first time I sat on it . Cleaner needs sacking came in took bin left it on kitchen worktop not even put back !! Pure scum , who puts a bin on your kitchen food area . Please please stay away from this place . It’s awful and the pictures displaying this are not real nothing like what the pictures are !!!

Very nice spacious 2 bedroom apartnent. Beds very comfortable. 5 minute walking distance to main strip.

Reception not manned very often any problems had to walk back to dynastic main hotel, there is a ring door bell to get through to dynastic hotel but they dont always hear it ring.

Living room and bed rooms very good

Kitchen very basic and dated stayed 6 nights hot water for 1 night totally unacceptable

Good location, very comfortable beds, good powerful shower, plenty of towels

The kitchen was very basic, only a couple of glasses, travel kettle that only filled 2 cups at a time

Great location close to beach and main strip. Rooms modern and well equipped expect no ironing board which was frustrating.

Iron but no ironing boards. I was asked for €150 deposit when it was just me and my 14 year old daughter. What possible damage did they think we were going to cause? In the end they didn't charge but had to have a rather heated discussion about it. Asked for later check out and was told it was €30 and could come back and pay during our stay. I didn't manage to get anyone for our whole stay to come to reception as it wasn't manned 24 hours. On the final day I was advised by a cleaner to go to the Dynastic Hotel and was told there that someone would be on reception in the morning. I went down at 10am when reception opened to be told late check is now not possible and we needed to vacate the apartment immediately. My daughter was unwell in bed, we hadn't packed and our flight wasn't until 10pm. I was told late check out until 6pm was fine on check in and now being told they are fully booked. When the last realised I wasn't backing down she moved someone else to another room and said we could have the late check out. Obviously just to lazy to allocate someone another room so tried telling me they were full, not knowing I had my phone in my hand checking their availability which they was plenty!

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before the ‘upgrade’. The location is excellent, the apartments are a great size and have a fantastic cafe bar underneath (locally owned). The upgrade is much fresher than it was, however, not like the pictures the quality of the finish is poor. Lovely comfortable apartments though. Falsely advertised the use of the Dynastic facilities, this was blamed on expedia and resolution solved with Dynastic hotel. Receptionists came across as rude, but perhaps language barrier. Will return for location, apartment size and locally owned cafe underneath. Dynastic group experience below average.
