Good location Clean room Good value for money

Electrical issue in 1 of rooms staff at reception were no help at all whereas staff at dynastic hotel done as much as they could to resolve issue

Apartment was as described. Quite spacious, everything we needed for our stay. Bar downstairs was great. Friendly staff, good food and service, at great prices. Location was great .

No towel changes during our stay. Bathroom floor got flooded every time we showered. Smaller bedroom had not a lot of storage, although we brought extra coat hangers as suggested on reviews before we came.

Not a lot bed were comfortable and clean

Lacking in staff hard to get into as no staff about. Cleanliness not good generally. Shabby need done up.

Very accessible and handy location

The hotel had no hot water and reported this. Also the deposit has been paid back £10 short

Wasn’t any real issues other than our shower didn’t initially work but maintenance came straight round I would have preferred a manned reception rather than a ring doorbell to contact for support but it was very responsive and staff were extremely helpful

The location was fantastic. We were in a decorated room and it was great. Basic but it had all ye need. The beds were best I’d had on holiday in a long long time. Plus the value for money was great.

Unfortunately the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived. I went to see the receptionist and the room was cleaned immediately. It seemed like an honest mistake and the couldn’t apologise enough.

Not enough clothes hanging facilities

There is nobody on site so people are very disrespectful noise rubbish ect we have been coming for10 years and previously it has been spotless it’s there is no place to dry your towels or swimsuits not enough hangers
