It’s really lovely and quiet. Perfect for a getaway holiday. If you like a full of activities and adventure kind of vacation you will have to go out of the hotel, but if you want quiet and relaxing this is perfect.

Très belle plage privée propre et surveillée. Grande piscine. Chambres correctes de bon confort qui mériteraient une mise à niveau et un peu plus d’éclairage. Restaurant ok sous forme de buffet pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner.

We have been in three different hotels in Sicily, le dune was the worst, while also being the most expensive. If you have the option, find another hotel. The negatives are as follows: - we got a room that had no telephone service and no WiFi. It’s very unexpected for a hotel that claims to have four stars to not have that. - we have complained about the room and the lack of connection in it - the reception claimed that it’s in the booking description (true) but showed no effort to help us, offer a different room closer to WiFi signal even though the hotel was half empty. We have also reached out to the hotel management about this issue and we never got a response. - the hotel claims that the WiFi is available in shared spaces, but there is no WiFi on the beach, which I would consider to be a shared space. - we were planning to rent a boat in Sicily, so we asked the receptionist for a recommendation, she had no idea and did not care either. Renting a boat is very common in Sicily, so I’d expect that the receptionist would have at least basic knowledge of that or at the very least show effort in helping us. - the breakfast was very basic and again, for a four star hotel, it was quite underwhelming. The breakfast was same every day. - jacuzzi was not heated. - the resort is located on a beach, about 10 mins by car from Menfi. The nearest restaurant is also about 10 mins by car or walk, no food or supermarket options within walking distance. - the room was quite small, it was located next to the road and the door let sound (and light) through as there were gaps around the edges. - the parking was not inside the hotel property, it was in front of a hotel and there was not that much space. We had a rented car and were very nervous to leave the car on the parking. - the entrance is quite hidden, no signs or anything.

Great ressort with own beach. Wide and quiet. Caribbean reception.

Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb jeglicher Zivilisation. Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich schön und liegt direkt an einem sehr schönen Sandstrand. Allerdings ist die Anlage selbst, der Pool und die Whirlpools und die Zimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müssten renoviert werde. Die Anlage und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich - das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und die Auswahl ist sehr eingeschränkt. Es gibt Abends täglich Musik - eher für älteres Publikum. Zu anderen Restaurants muss man mit dem Auto fahren.
