Paid for a bed in a female-only room, daily cleaning, so the facilities were amazing. Staff were always happy to help and answer any questions. In a slightly quieter location with great access to many areas, especially public transport links.

Staff were amazing. Welcoming and helpful. Used translator on phone to communicate - very appreciated. Good location and easy to find. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

The musty smell in the bed, caused by the wooden storage cupboard below the bed.
