Excellent location. Big room beautifully decorated.

A few staffing issues. For example our room was not cleaned on our second day. Housekeeping did come attend to the room around 6:00 pm but forgot to leave clean towels. All quite unfortunate.

The location is in the heart of old town in the middle of everything. It was very easy to navigate the area. The room had a balcony with a view of Kotor Bay. It's a renovated property with unique interior design. The breakfast was prepared to order with a good menu selection to include an English Breakfast. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. They really made our stay extra special and answered all of our many questions.

The hotel was located in the heart of the Old Town with lots of interesting buildings nearby. The rooms were large and well furnished with comfortable beds. Both breakfast and evening meals at the hotel were exceptional as were the staff.

One of the rooms lacked socket points with the only easily accessible one being in the bathroom.

Propreté douteuse Plein de détails indignes d’un hôtel qui se veut 5*: une ampoule manquante, une barre de seuil qui dépasse, l’absence de tapis de bain le 3eme jour, linge de maison élimé, les verres pas changés pendant le séjour… Et le bruit mais probablement inévitable dans cette ville aux rues si petites et touristiques

Стильный номер в духе Старого города. Кровать удобная. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения - у нас взяли все вещи,всё оформили и мы вернулись когда было удобно . В связи с ранним отъездом нам собрали ланч боксы.

В номере не было розеток возле кровати, дверь в туалет не закрывается на защелку(надо сообщать, что вы идете мыться или с другими нуждами), есть чайник, но лежит только 2 чайных пакетика (нет кофе и чая на выбор). Так как мы рано уезжали, хотелось кофе

Good place for visiting the crowded city

Ventilation for the kitchen stopped at 10 pm but started at 6:50 am in the morning. Means “early bird“ is an advantage! Not enough parking places are available on site creates a surprise on additional 40€ for parking.

Vi likte beliggenheten i Kotor gamleby. Kort vei til spisesteder.

Vi likte ikke at personalet ikke ville gi avslag i pris. Årsaken til at vi ville ha et stort avslag var en vannlekkasje på badet fra etasjen over. Det dryppet vann ned på oss når vi var på badet. Dette la en demper på oppholdet.

מלון חמוד מאוד בלב העיר העתיקה. בתוך מבנה משומר בטוב טעם. חדר גדול ומרווח עם מרפסת קטנה אל הנוף בעיצוב ממש יפה. צוות נחמד ומאיר פנים

ארוחת בוקר מוגשת בלבד, כלומר לא בופה ולכן גם מוגבלת. אין חנייה בכלל, צריך ללכת עם המזוודות מחניון בתשלום עד למלון ובחזרה, שזה מרחק משמעותי. החניה בתשלום לפי שעה (נדמה לי היה 2 יורו לשעה), לכן מומלץ בעיקר למי שבא בלי רכב.

la situation de l'hotel au coeur de la ville. Chambres très agréables et bien isolées du bruit de la rue. Literie de bonne qualité. Etablissement propre. La gestion du parking est très bien. Très bon petit déjeuner en terrasse.
