Location, hotels design and rooms, and the reception staff Kristine and Ana.

The two male waiters working at the hotel restaurant on the night of 24th April. Both stood in the doorway talking for 10 minutes after serving two parties while I sat in front of them waiting for a menu (which I had to get myself) and to place an order. The older waiter was more preoccupied with spraying the cats with water instead of focusing on the customers. Ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.

The kitchen vent went through the bathroom… it’s on starting 7 am and through 10 pm… loud and disturbing because the bed is right next to the bathroom. The bathroom mat is very dirty and worn out…the toilet seat cover is damaged and off the hinges. The phone does not work. I tried calling the reception… not working in fact the receptionist had to use her cell phone!! The housekeeper did not clean the room until I asked around 3 pm… no fresh towels because they ran out of it. Unbelievable

The location was excellent, view beautiful, bathroom nice and good size.

Duvet on king size bed was small, it was not the correct size. Breakfast was disappointing. When we arrived the staff acted like we were a burden. Servers were interrupted by deliveries, carrying boxes through the dining room. Don't get Breakfast here. Also, we were not notified where to park in advance. There is no place to stop to unload luggage, because the hotel was in a pedestrian zone. Hotel and restaurant should care about their customers more.
