Hotel Dreams de los Volcanes - Puerto Varas

Hotel de los Volcanes is perfectly situated on the shore with spectacular views of Osorno and Calbuco. You can walk everywhere (to the Church of the Sacred Heart, to the market, along the harbor, to restaurants, etc.) Staff is friendly, junior and executive suites are very comfortable with an array of amenities. We did not use the pool or spa; we enjoyed breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Our last night, we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to an executive suite. Thank you!

Estuvo excelente destacando la ubicación, el casino, la atención de los empleados, en especial de Joanna y Luis del Restaurant y de Eduardo de la recepción del Hotel. La habitación enorme e incluso con Jacuzzi para dos personas, espectacular y dos baños aparte. El aseo impecable. De lo corregible, sin posibilidad de late check- out, aunque igual nos acomodaron en la sala Bussiness con baño, las puerta de los baños del Restaurant que hay que reparar, ya que el seguro está malo (casetas), sobre todo la comida no fue nota 10, creo que falta un buen Chef y aunque sea Buffet debe ser de mejor calidad para este hotel.

A hotel with a casino! Quite a surprise but the breakfast service (gentleman) was great however not enough was made of the hotel facilities in advising guests. However, when it wasn’t raining you got the MOST amazing view of the volcano and that is what we were there for.

Excelente. Hotel lindo e charmoso. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Quarto confortável com uma vista linda. Restaurante com um café da manhã delicioso e também tem uma vista maravilhosa.

Mi habitación fue la N°511 el pasillo de acceso y con mayor intensidad frente a la habitación con muy mal olor (similar a transpiración / metro París), Tal vez algún pegamento de alfombra.

Hotel con excelente ubicación en costanera de la ciudad con una fantástica vista al Volcán Osorno y Lago Llanquihue.Muy cómodo y con excelentes servicios, tiene incorporado el casino de Puerto Varas.

Hotel incrível. Melhor localização de Puerto Varas. Melhor relação custo benefício. Comodidades de Hotel 5 estrelas com um preço muito bom.

The hotel is very well located, the suite was great, very good bed and bathroom. Wifi was good most of the time. The hot pool and spa were good. Everything was clean and the staff helpful. The hotel would need a bit of refurbishment in particular the room magnetic key card have a life time of 24 hours (somertimes even less), which is a pain. The breakfast was fine excepting the staff cleaning dishes there every day, with a maximum of noise.
