"Espectacular vista."

Todo bien, hotel excelente, limpio, espectacular vista, súper central. Lo único malo, fue en el check in, nos confundieron con otra pareja, por lo que hubo malos entendidos y nos asignaron una habitación con 2 camas, en vez de una matrimonial como lo habíamos reservado.

"Excelente menos la Piscina "

Todo excelente lo unico criticable es tener piscina climatizada a una temperatura muy baja por no decir fria en Junio cuando mas la aprovecharia una cliente del hotel

Great location with amazing views of both volcanoes. Seems like most rooms have lake views unlike other hotels. Despite being a casino still a great place to stay. Nice spa facilities.
