Great service, nice clean facility, breath taking view of the city especially from the restaurant on the top floor.

The front desk staff forwarded phone calls that we did not approve. Because of their mistakes, we experienced 1.5 hrs. Phone verbal abuse, we were threatened with our lives. They told us that if we did not do exactly what they want, they will cut off our hands, legs and head. They identified them self as members of the Sinaloa cartel.

Great Hotel Everyone is super nice and helpful. The restaurant has great food.

I upruptly had to check out one day early due to a family emergency. I was unable to comunícate with staff to ask for my refund for leaving early. Every time I call nobody speaks English

The view of the city, you have an excellent panoramic view, that is particualry great at night.
