Hotel San Luis Lindavista

No hot water and nobody seemed to care i informed them i had kids and needed the hot water. I had to call 4 times to get an iron. Bad service i I wouldn't stay here again

Only good thing about that this hotel is that was beside to a nice church, but was very dissapointed, dirty, dusty, noisy, dont stay here pls.

Excellent hotel!

I did not like the long walk and climb to the room only to have a blocked view. TYhe bed was dated and very hard and uncomfortable. I liked the staff very well. Their service was very good.

The room we got was in bad condition and AC did not work at all.

The service was horrible. After traveling for 12 hours i go to my room and it smells like smoke. I attempted to brush my teeth and the water was Brown but it does not stop there. Then my sink overflows onto the floor with no response. My room was never serviced for the few days i was there. i was attending an even there and when i asked for some limes the Captain said they were extra $20 for lemons. I was beyond shocked but i paid for them. No gets better, i called for an extended check out but they said NO. So, i had to pay a whole day for 2 more hours. UNBELIEVABLE, QUe RATAS y el mal servicio.

The hotel seems to be built with paper. Everything outside your room can be heard. I mean everything. Looks old the only good this are the views. They say is 5 stars but I can only think of 3. It's amazing how misleadingly are the photos.

The pool view was amazing. Great food and the location is ideal.

We were a group of 6 people, rented 3 rooms. When we arrived the shower was no working, the toilet was no flushing much. The sink to wash hand was also just a small drip. The room had a smell of old and musty. My other 2 sisters, the toilet was even worse someone used the toilet #2 and was not even flushed or cleaned and also couldn't take shower because same issues.. The last room that was rented, the shower didn't even turn on. Finally after the complaint we were moved to the 5th floor. It was definitely better but the furniture is old. The linnens were from 70's and also had a smell. The hotel is in great area but the inside of room sure could use a much needed renovation.
