"Given the amount we paid, it simply wasn’t worth it."

The air conditioning in the room was not working, and the hotel staff did nothing to help us. We were unable to get any sleep because the heat was unbearable.

El Spa es excelente tanto la atención como el servicio, las instalaciones son excelentes el masaje es de primera. La comida es buena a secas.

Rayaron mi coche en el estacionamiento e hicieron todo lo posible para que yo no me diera cuenta cuando sacara mi auto, el servicio en la alberca y el restaurante es pésimo. Nadie atiende en el restaurante y se tardan años.
