Inn at Mountainview

Location was nice. Room was nice

The way the hallway smelled. The building needs a little work.

The king suite was nice and roomy. Bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great.

Dated. But still a nice room.

Staff was kind and attentive. Breakfast was sufficient. Views were lovely, and the location right on 30 was very convenient. Rooms were massive, and the bed was firm (which we like!). It was also nice to have a travel crib for our infant.

The room appeared not to have been cleaned. Stains, likely from food, were all over the sticky floor. I washed the floors with a towel over about half an hour and the towels were filthy The couch and office chair were also covered in white streaks (plaster, perhaps), and red stains (possibly ketchup). The staff offered sheets to cover these up. Most worryingly, however, was the appearance of fleas. We were bitten quite a lot in the bed (the right bed of room 422) the night we slept in that bed, with fleas visible in the tub after we showered. This may not be entirely the fault of the hotel. Our guess is that a previous guest with a dog allowed the flea-ridden animal to stay in the bed. We did see a dog playing outside with its owner in a different room.

Disrepair of property, staff not at front desk much, cavle didn't work when i got there, no toliet paper

The property is older, maintained but maintenance could be better

A little outdated but it’s obvious that they are trying to keep it up
