Inn at Mountainview

I stay here all the time when I visit my son at College. It is a wonderful place.

The breakfast was good. Sausage eggs and premade pancakes. Good selection of drinks.

The location was good and it was the most reasonably priced location in the area.

The room.did not have adequate window coverings. It had too much road noise and daylight in the morning. The TV was complicated to use. Finally, the breakfast offerings was pathetic. It would be better to offer no breakfast.

The room was great, the staff were great, the breakfast was great, the price was great.

The bathroom floor is very dangerous when wet, it's like an ice rink for a person in bear feet, also the tub turned the same way when showering. I've never had this problem at other hotels! The cleaning staff aren't properly cleaning the tub and bathroom floor! I've had this problem each time I've stayed at this property and I haven't been able to safely shower when there. I've had to just use a wash cloth to bath, and still the floor got wet and slippery when in my bear feet and very dangerous!!

Staff was nice and responsive. Breakfast was good and readily available.

We checked in late in the evening. When we walked out of the elevator on the second floor, the hallway had an awfull sewer smell. Then, when we got to our room the door was propped open with the security lock.... felt very unsafe. We went back to the front counter to report this. The lady immediately went up and checked the room. It was safe to enter and stated the maids sometimes leave the doors open after they clean.

Need maintenance. Lights out, damaged areas in bathroom that could easily be painted or repaired

I had no electricity in half my room. No tv all night. Kitchenette had no power. No lights.
