Location to home, as there was a power outage and needed a place with heat and electricity

The check in staff took a phone call as I was checking in, and didn't place them on hold while processing my check in, I stood there as she was in the phone for five minutes

Close to where I was working, easy to find. The room was very cute and seemed well maintained. Breakfast options were great.

The bed was awful. I loved my room, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The room appears to be clean. Very basic- no floor covering. Decent breakfast choices

We had to ask for coffee pods for the Kuerig. There were not coffee cups for 2 guests. Mattress was thin and basic.
