"Hidden beauty"

I loved everything. The location is very walkable. Very clean. Kind and helpful staff. Architecture is gorgeous.

If city noises wake you up easily, the night life might bother you. My children and I had no problem though!

talvez que la puerta del baño se abre en partes y no es muy amplia, solo eso

Limpieza y el personal amable

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son tremendamente ruidosas, no pudimos pegar ojo en toda la noche. Llame a recepción porque quería solicitar unos tapones de oídos y nadie cogió el teléfono. Ojalá hagan algo para que los huéspedes podamos descansar porque a eso vamos, la experiencia ha sido bastante mala.

Las continuas mentiras en recepción, fue imposible acceder en ascensor y las respuestas surrealistas, no respondían a las demandas y muy poca empatía, para olvidar la experiencia

Location was perfect. Hotel is beautiful! Food was great ! Every employee was super helpful and kind! One of the best hotel services I’ve seen.

The night club across the street was super loud could hear it in our room till 4am.

Excelente ubicación y limpieza...super opcion esta hermoso el hotel

Q no tiene estacionamiento propio esta a doa cuadras q la verdad ni se siente y hay valet q te lo lleva de dia
