Location

Some Hotels don't have parking and that's fine, in this case hotel has an association with an external parking meaning they are responsible for people they send to that parking. Parking people threaten my family and me after we park in a handicap parking because of my grandma and parents, I called the hotel since they make us move the car after we show them all proof that they were disabled people hotel did nothing about it. My grandma has a heart condition and instead of enjoying her vacation she passed some horrible nights, My parents blood pressure was high we had to leave to Guadalajara since we didn't felt safe in Morelia anymore.

Nice rooms,kind people and located in very nice city area....only drwabacks is they didn't provide you with a coffe machine,no bottled water and bed matresses are hard,not comfortable...I've been in another hotels,half priced and better than this one and some even included breakfast.
