The property is ok, landscaping is good but rest of the things are either poor or average.

No proper running hot water, bathroom fittings and fixtures are substandard, staff is not well trained. Even linen quality is poor.

Very large beautiful garden, Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner under the trees. Large spacious rooms with Veraandah sitout. Large menu of only Vegetarian food. Quiet away from hubub of the city.

Overpriced , Nothing to like much , Reception staffs are not well groomed how to behave not all but few of them. Only food was better.

Jacuzzi is not working properly, Wi-Fi was intentionally switched off after 10 pm daily and it will on after 10 am on another day , Mobile network is not working, Hot water is not coming in shower area. Water tap leakage in Victorian suite no 5 . Android tv is there but remote and wifi is not working so why they provided don’t know. Bed position and their wooden work is not properly this was obstructed the view of TV .

Although the hotel was good there were a few problems. It took too much time to get hot water in the bathroom. Too much water had to be wasted before you start getting hot water. This was not eco friendly at all. Service was excellent but waiters were always expecting more tips. Almost haggled. They put us in the corner building which had no open view at all. All we could see was other buildings. Also didnt really feel like we were staying in a luxury property. Another highlight was the food which was excellent. Being a vegetarian property it never felt like we were missing anything.
