GBThe best hosts Ì have ever come across, super friendly, super helpful super caring even to giving us a lift to the train station when leaving. Gave us ideas of where to go for some entertainment that were reasonably priced. Let us store our luggage for a large part of the day because after checking out at 10 our train wasn't due until late afternoon. Whilst it is not the poshest of places it does what it says on the tin - superb value for money,Whilst breakfast wasn't huge it was most certainly sufficient and they continually checking if we needed anything - tea bags,coffee, milk,toilet rolls etc. I would stay here again just because of the hosting alone, they were really the loveliest of hosts

GBGBWe stayed in an accessible room. Plenty of room for the wheelchair, bathroom had plenty of hand rails and a shower chair. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Area was very quiet with no noise at night. Breakfast was lovely and hot.
Only thing was there was single beds in the accessible room. We would have preferred a double bed.
GBThe owners were amazing they went above and beyond. You couldn't beat the breakfast or the service
The only negative for me was the distance from the prom. I have mobility issues and really struggled with the walk

Parking place and price stayed 3 night's nothing touched in the room in fact bin was overflowing low and had to ask for toilet paper wrong room given 1st too high although lowest possible was requested last of all had to asked for heating to be turned on it was sorted but still very cold
