DoubleTree by Hilton Novosibirsk

Centrally located and easy access to Sber Bank; had a small glitch with reservations but FO executive sort it out quickly and I believe that is the most important thing. Room are nice and comfortable Breakfast buffet was nice. Only One recommendation with F&B staff ; they are nice and efficient but needs training on how to be a professional; I saw them carrying cutlery with hands ; clearing dishes; or refilling the service napkins. I think what they need is a set of training on how get hands on with carrying plates. Also general greetings from waiter can be nice( The only person who greeted me was line chef and hostess. But overall I do recommend this hotel.

The location of hotel and the hotel facilities are good. Rooms are clean. But I can't say the same thing for the staff, especially taxi drivers of the hotel. I was badly ripped off by a crazy and rude taxi driver from this hotel. Normally from airport to hotel costs 400 Rubles by taxi, however the taxi driver of this hotel demanded 1.200 Rubles for 2 KM distance and waiting for 15 minutes. Moreover he was incredibly rude and horrible. He was looking like he was read to attack me. And another thing, I ordered something from room service and I signed the bill (invoice) but after 10 minutes they called me and they said they wanted the bill as cash or credit card immediately. It seems they don't trust their customers.

Having been to Novosibirsk a few times before, this was the best hotel I have stayed in so far, the check-in was very quick and rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is just a few minutes walk to the centre square. The food in the hotel was delicious and the hotel staff were very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting this city.

Loved my time the i spent there, warm welcoming, smiles on the faces, nice hotel in general, the area it self is great, almost in the center of the city, walking distance of the main things that you have to visit.

I guess it depends how much you pay as I got a good off season rate however the hotel is up there with any other business type hotel that I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with a very good bathroom and comfy bed. Not much in the way of western TV chanels but that was not a big deal. Centrally located to the only part of town that was really worth seeing (Novosibirsk is a pleasant city but not really for tourists) and there are good bars and restaurants nearby (try Che's just down the road with free entry with a VIP card from the consierge!) But the food I had at the hotel was very good also. I didn't like that you were charged a lot for WiFi but I had a local sim which cost less than an hour at the Hilton so was ok. Small pool at the top with sauna and spa which is nice and small fitness center on ground floor. Staff speak English well but were efficient rather than friendly.

We arrived on an early flight and reached the hotel around 7.30 am well before the check-in time but was still given a room, so we were very happy with that. The staff spoke very good English and we had no problem getting whatever we needed. Breakfast was nice and varied. Location is excellent near metro and bus stops. The only thing which I didn't like was that the room and bathroom were not very clean when we arrived but this was taken care of when we asked the hotel. I would definitely stay here during my next visit to Novosibirsk.

This is the best hotel I've ever been to in Russia for a decent price. I paid $82 per night via Expedia so it'll be a lot more if reservation is done via Hilton. Great service, the staff speaks excellent English. One of them, Ludmila speaks fluent Spanish. They will bend over backward to help you. My luggage was lost by the airline and the staff went above and beyond to help me find it. The staff Irina, Valentin and all the others are awesome. Will stay there again in two weeks.

Great hotel close to downtown and landmarks. Hotel staff was very helpful. Any requests needed were taken care of quickly. Rooms very clean. Will be staying again in the near future

The hotel is nice, but they charge you for everything: Internet - EVERY devise is $20, breakfast, to print out a page on a color printer. I think this is being too cheap on the part of the hotel.
